{"id":8622,"date":"2021-07-06T19:28:06","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T11:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmipa.unm.ac.id\/?p=8622"},"modified":"2021-07-06T19:48:09","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T11:48:09","slug":"mudahkan-pelayanan-di-masa-pandemi-fmipa-unm-terapkan-e-surat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmipa.unm.ac.id\/en\/2021\/07\/06\/mudahkan-pelayanan-di-masa-pandemi-fmipa-unm-terapkan-e-surat\/","title":{"rendered":"Mudahkan Pelayanan di Masa Pandemi, FMIPA UNM terapkan E-Surat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Makassar telah mengembangkan sistem persuratan elektronik untuk memudahkan pelayanan bagi civitas akademika FMIPA UNM, khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Sistem layanan berbasis elektronik FMIPA UNM dapat diakses melalui https:\/\/smart.fmipa.unm.ac.id pada menu eTA &amp; eOffice. Sistem informasi tersebut dirancang oleh Unit ICT FMIPA UNM<\/p>\n<p>Layanan administrasi persuratan tugas akhir (e-TA) di FMIPA UNM telah digunakan sejak semester ganjil tahun akademik 2020\/2021. Melalui fitur e-TA, mahasiswa FMIPA dapat melakukan pendaftaran tugas akhir secara online.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan e-TA dan eOffice di lingkungan FMIPA UNM, Tim ICT FMIPA UNM kembali melakukan sosialisasi kepada pimpinan dan staff FMIPA UNM pada tanggal 24 Juni 2021 lalu. \u201cUndangan sosialisasi tersebut sudah dibuat dari e-surat. Sejak tanggal 24 Juni 2021, pengajuan surat keterangan aktif kuliah, Surat izin dan Keterangan penelitian dan lain-lain juga sudah dapat diakses oleh mahasiswa melalui fitur e-persuratan di Smart FMIPA\u201d ungkap Ketua ICT FMIPA.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui sosialisai eTA &amp; eOffice, diharapkan semakin memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pendaftaran Tugas Akhir, pengurusan Surat Keterangan Aktif Kuliah, pengurusan Surat Cuti, dan keperluan persuratan lainnya.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Makassar telah mengembangkan sistem persuratan elektronik untuk memudahkan pelayanan bagi civitas akademika FMIPA UNM, khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19.
