Kegiatan seminar internasional tersebut dibuka secara resmi oleh Rektor Universitas Negeri Makassar, dalam hal ini diwakili oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan, Dr. Karta Jayadi, M.Sn. Khairurrijal, M.Si. (ITB, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. rer. Nat. Umar Fauzi (ITB, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. rer. Nat. Suttipong Wannapaiboon (Synchrotron Light Research Institute, Thailand), dan Prof. Dr. Mohd. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan selama sesi tanya jawab. \u201cTerima kasih kepada para invited speakers yang telah meluangkan waktunya dan berbagi ilmu melalui kegiatan ini.
